Employment Spot

One of our responsibilities while working for CareerBuilder.com was identifying employment-related sites for them to purchase. Employment Spot was one of those.

We assumed complete control of Employment Spot in April 2004, moving it to a new hosting facility, and converting it from a site that only featured employment information to a fully featured job site. Through search engine optimization, we then increased the number of monthly visitors by more than 75%, and through user interface changes, we doubled the conversion rate of those visitors.

Overall, our changes resulted in a 250% increase in conversions.
