One of our responsibilities while working for CareerBuilder.com was rearchitecting and rebuilding sites that they acquired. JobSearch.com, Careers.com and Job-Search.com were three of those (Jobs.net and Employment Spot were two others).

We built these sites from the ground up in March of 2004, and within just six months the three had thousands of top search engine rankings and were driving more than 50,000 job applications every month. Today they still enjoy a very strong presence in the search engines as a result of the work we did then and still drive tens of thousands of free applications to CareerBuilder.com every month.
